| Rebuttal: Auction was SAR-3(5.56x45)-w/ 4-30rd mags. Asked if were orig. SAR-3 Rom.5.56x45 mags,Torby said were the German (5.45x39) Bakelite mags. Asked "any of Rom mags were avail.",Torby wrote back and said, "It isn't a big deal if you don't want the rifle, just let him know". NEG. F.B. came next. Why? |

| Rebuttal: I want to apologize to "obi1gr" for my inability to follow through on my bid and my obligation for payment. The reason was definitely serious and sincere. "obi1gr" was apprised of my situation, but "obi1gr" followed the Site protocol for receiving a credit. Sincer apologies to all. |
