| Comments: BUYER DID NOT COME THROUGH HE CONTACTED ME BY TELEPHONE & TRIED TO GET ME TO TELL HIM THE GUN WAS OTHER THAN AS ADVERTISED. ON 3/01/03 HE OFFERED TO PAY MY COMMISSION ,BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY.THE GUN IS 70-75% & I LISTED IT AS FINE.. |

| Rebuttal: Stock burn damage would have caused me to return your rifle and would have cost you, as we discussed, at least $70.00 in FFL fees and me $50.00 in postage. I did send you $10.00, approximately double the A.A. commission you paid on the sale but you returned it to me. |
