| Comments: Won auction,sent payment,seller sold mags I won to someone else instead of putting them aside for me.Didn't answer emails until I filed a complaint with auction arms.Offered new, older style mags which I declined,needed the newer style mags I won,which were for a friend.Got refund. |

| Rebuttal: I offered to exchange the magazine, although it was not damaged when sent, I stand behind that 100%! Not my fault he still has not chosen to return it. Claims he just wants baseplate, but I Only exchange full product, not dimantle mags for parts. |

| Comments: Average quality, Won't communicate with you unless you call him and then its hit or miss to get him. He will respond to his negative feedback but won't leave a positive feedback for you. He has not once returned an e-mail to me. If his rebuttle to this says he did then he is lying! |

| Comments: He made sure to remind that the auction was a "contract to pay", but he must have forgot about his end of the contract. I even talked to him on the phone and it has been 11 days with nothing, even though he said that it would be sent priority mail. Some Priority! I won't do buisness with him again. |

| Comments: BIDDER BEWARE!! It has been over 30 days since I won the bid for 25' of cannon fuse(#1816530). I have sent numerous emails to find out how he wants to get payed, but he doesn't even answer them. I will not do business with this individual again and DO NOT recommend him to anyone else. BE CAREFULL |

| Rebuttal: I tried emailing the buyer numerous times, only to have them returned to me. I never rec'd his emails either, contacted him again through this forum, with details on payment instructions, and winning bid total, hope it works!! |

| Rebuttal: Items were received, and shipped in less than 24 hours. I include in my emails that negitive feedback will be given to persons that do not send payment. He must have taken it personaly. |

| Comments: Won 4X28 Scope Mount Set. Recd. 4X25 Scope Mount Set. Was suppossed get see through lens covers, got cheaper solid instead! He promised send back 5.00 instead of making exchange. Still haven't recd. check 4 days later. Cannot recommend Jim. |

| Rebuttal: I apologized and offered him a more expensive 6x32 in exchange, and in return, he asked "How much cash can I get instead!". I offered him $5.00 for the difference, and sent a check right away. Also at no time was he told that it included see-through lens covers! |
