| Comments: If you want to order something by phone, maybe you should try picking up the phone.. rather than pushing buttons on your computer next time! The merchandise got shipped same day the payment came in. You can't ask for better service than that! |

| Comments: Some people can't understand English & live to complain. The S&H cost IS POSTED right with each auction, there is no mystery. This guy sent 4 separate payments and made us ship the mags to 3 different addresses separately, yet he whines about not combining S&H (a whopping $4 an auction)! |

| Rebuttal: I under stood that you wern't going to combine shipping on my orders. That was not a problem, but you shouldn't complain about drop shipping to my customers. Four orders, four addresses. The problem is you only shipped to two of the addresses I sent you. Not good business. |

| Comments: Some people think they are the only bidder on the planet that a seller has to deal with. Maybe you should try running 600+ auctions a week yourself, and making long distance phone calls to every single bidder to tell them the exact same thing that you already told them through your e mails! |

| Rebuttal: As I said before, phone call is auction arms policy not mine. If your customers are not important enough to you to talk to, I understand why you can't make it on your 600 auctions a week and have to work a construction job full time. |
