| Comments: It was only a $165 firearm but should have stated that both barrels where rusted.Scope was no good either.Will not be bidding on anymore firearms from this seller.No return as s/h fees would've been 1/3 of gun cost.Good communication & shipping though.My fault I guess. |

| Rebuttal: I would have made it right since he was not satisfied. But he didn't give me a chance. No e-mail, call, nothing. He just posted neutral feedback after i posted a positive for him. . The descriptions I post are as accurate as I can be. look at the pictures does it look rusty to you?. |

| Rebuttal: stock is a brown precision i saw the stock prior to my customer sanding it and painting it (which he did a bad job of)and it is a hand laid up fiberglass stock. as always our policy is if ever you don't like it send it back no questions asked |

| Comments: A/A auction # 8005948. Add picture showed blond stock with brass buttplate. Received walnut stock with steel plate. Seller should have corrected picture. I will keep stock, its better than one on my rifle. Shown picture so clear no reason to question color. |

| Rebuttal: picture is the stock received, don't look blond to me, never saw one with brass butt plate so I did not think to mention this one is steal.but brass ones might exist. of course we always will take any of our auctions back, no reason needed...not happy send it back |

| Rebuttal: the auction closed the 23rd, I spoke to him the 24th, and the gun mailed out the 26th UPS...and his ODD fedback was left on the 24 befor the gun was even shipped???? |

Item used with ring marks, dings and scrapes. lighted Ret broke. Optics good condition, other prob's can be fixed via warranty repair, thus Neutral Feedback. |
