| Comments: "buyer" never sent paymet. Nor was there any response to the numerous e-mails requesting either payment or some sort of assurance that it would be sent. Obviously, this individual never intended to follow through! Please do not bid on any more of my auctions! Thank you!! |

| Rebuttal: Was out of town when auction was conducted. My 17 yr. old son entered the bid, without my authorization or knowledge. I emailed obilgr when I found out about auction. HE never responded to my email. I don't guess he ever reads 'em, he just sends 'em. I have NEVER backed out of an auction I won. |
