| Comments: FFFFF----- I was the high bid for the 30-06. They then backed out of the deal. My first time on auction arms or gunbroker that this has happen. |

| Rebuttal: I explained to this individual, in a very polite manner, that this gun was one of many that belonged to my dealer. He sold all his inventory without letting me know. Not my fault. |
