| Comments: Won the bid back in April and requested us to hold (Two) items for a couple of weeks, no problem, but after about six weeks could not get a response to emails and here it is middle of July and still no luck with collecting our money!!Would rate him a deadbeat!!! |

| Comments: Auction ended March 27. I paid Paypal $60.01 on March 29. It is May 6. To date, I have received no product. I have received no refund. I empathize with the seller's excuses but I want either the product or a refund. I'm not new to auctions. I am new to not receiving what I won after paying. |

| Rebuttal: NO EXCUSES THE ITEM WAS LOST OR STOLEN FROM THE MAIL AND A REFUND WAS ISSUED THROUGH PAYPAL A FEW DAYS AGO. IF I WAS GOING TO STEAL IT WOULD BE MORE THAN HIS MEASLEY $50. THIS "EXPERIENCED" BIDDER NOW HAS 2 FEEDBACKS, 1 BAD. |

| Rebuttal: THIS GUY DOESN'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT LUGERS OR DEALING WITH PEOPLE. THE GUN WAS A CORRECT 20'S REWORK. HE WANTED A $100. PARTIAL REFUND WHICH I DON'T GIVE BUT REFUSED TO RETURN THE GUN FOR A FULL REFUND. GUN WAS A CONSIGNMENT WHICH CAUSED THE DELAY IN SHIPPING. MY OTHER DEALS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. |
