| Rebuttal: If a buyer has a problem with an item he purchased. It is only common coutesy to contact the seller. We are not opposed to adjusting the price or a refund. The first that I heard that he was unhappy was when I read it in his feedback. What does he mean "not worth the trouble to send it back". |
