| Comments: Bob could not read simple payment instructions, Bob filed complaints before I received his proof of age, Bob never gave me a chance to complete this transaction. I just think Bob did not want to complete this transaction. Bid/sell carefully with Bob. |

| Rebuttal: This dealer had my payment(paypal) and proof of age (My FFL) since 07/02 for a "BB Gun".Item never shipped. Only when I filed a complaint did he contact me, telling me he would ship the item in 3 more days or so. He did not deliver, not me !! |

| Comments: We provided a full refund inspite of the negative feedback he left us claiming that we did not and in spite of the fact that Bob ruined the finish by putting Nitro Solvent on the slide and frame, not to smart. Bob needs to learn to own up to his mistakes not pass them off on the seller. |

| Rebuttal: THE GUN ARRIVED IN POOR CONDITION, WAS SHIPED BACK SAME DAY. THEY DEMANDED A RESTOCKING FEE.(NO ALLOWED AT AA) ONLY AFTER AUCTION ARMS REMINDED THEM OF THE RULES DID THEY MAKE A REFUND.
