| Comments: We contacted the buyer several times for payment, and sent emails agian and again, with no response. We waited a bit longer because of the buyers good feedback, but for some reason they chose to default on this auction. |

| Rebuttal: My apologies for any confusion, but I did not ever receive a notice regarding this sale. As a amtter of fact this is the first I have seen the feedback and became aware that I missed the opprotunity. dick |
