| Comments: Rifle was as written except bore, described as "good but slightly dark" Fair description very rough, heavy pitting, lands shallow to non-existent. Probably honest mistake, but when the condition of the bore pointed out to the seller the only compensation offered was free shipping on the next order. |

| Rebuttal: According to the NRA Grading scale, VERY GOOD: All original parts; none to 30% original finish; original metal surfaces smooth with all edges sharp; clear lettering, numerals and design on metal; wood slightly scratched or bruised; bore disregarded for collectors firearms. |

| Comments: I purchased a Remington 552 on 1/27/00. It arrived well packed but very poorly described. The wrist of the stock was cracked on both sides and the top half of the front sight was broken off. I was given a prompt, no hassle refund that was appreciated. But, PLEASE give accurate descriptions!! I don't like shipping things back and forth and seeing UPS making all that money!! |

| Rebuttal: I should have taken more time to inspect this rifle I was selling for a friend, I gladly reimbursed the UPS shipping cost incurred. I like people to be happy about purchases from me, and offered an adjustment, but could not do it a LESS THAN HALF of his bid price. |
