| Comments: This guy is a waste of time! He received a US postal money order and then told me that his bank was holding the funds for 9 days, which is obviously unacceptable. Then he said he'd only ship via FedEx. Don't waste your time giving this guy money, he also kept my FFL????? |

| Rebuttal: My bank placed an hold on his funds I deposited 5th May. My auction only lists FedEx and UPS as carriers. Anthony demanded I ship by an alternate carrier on 8th May or return his funds, I was not able to meet his demands so I returned his funds that day. His FFL was also returned to him by USPS. |

| Rebuttal: The ad stated that ammo is shipped via UPS or FedEx which was quoted for a 5lb box (29.29) to his location which by law included ORM-D and adult signature. This bidder said to ship via regular USPS mail which is not legal. I don't make the rules or the shipping rates. |
