| Comments: Not true. I am willing to finish the transaction, but for one important reason. RCM Emailed me after the auction that they longer accept credit card payments.RCM is a "so-called" professional seller on AA, who is quick to post negatives instead of trying to work things out. Be wary of this seller! |

| Rebuttal: This bidder was promptly emailed the manufacturer's 800 phone number for the most expeditious solution, and was most certainly not told "tough luck." New products are occassionally packaged with missing items, and our experience has been that most will very promptly remedy the situation with a quick phone call. Instead of letting us know that he would like us to do it for him, which we certainly would do, he sent a message laced with profanity, about an eBay bid, but his email address shows to not be an eBay User. |

| Comments: Emailed RCM repeatadly through auctionarms and directly - have recieved no responce!! I won auction 2736134508. What happened to Rule #10, Seller Exclusivity: If a Seller lists an item for sale at Auction Arms, the Seller is contractually obligated to complete the sale of that item if the Reserve Price is met in a Reserve style auction, or if any bids are placed in a Basic style auction. Likewise, if a Seller lists an item with Auction Arms, that Seller agrees that Auction Arms has exclusive rights to sell that item. The Seller is not permitted to list the same item in another venue, or sell the item to a buyer outside of Auction Arms. Failure to complete the sale under those circumstances is cause for negative feedback and/or explusion from Auction Arms. (Dutch auctions are at the sole discretion of the seller.) |

| Comments: The auction closed and i won the auction. Auction Arms and i emailed him about the win, i asked for his address so as to send him the money-AND NO REPLY'S BACK FROM HIM???? Seller is starting to get alot of negative feed backs and i can see why! Auction rules, state the buyer and the seller have 72 hours to email each other at the close of an auction. I emailed him-but he never emailed me back???? As per auction rules-I don't have to buy the item if the seller don't contact me after 72 hours and iam not going to! And i willn't EVER bid on any of his items again. It looks to me that he's posting more items then he can handle and this makes for slow emails and shipping, bidders don't need or want slow shipping and emails! Good luck with this seller! |

| Comments: Bought a case of 16 gauge shotgun shells advertised as "new". When arrived, obvious the shells had been wet at one time. Corrosion on brass and rust marks on box. E-mailed with complaint and got no response after 5 days. |

| Rebuttal: We were not aware of such corrosion and have previously sold many of these unopened cases with no complaints. We find no record of having recieved such email notice, or we would have responded with an offer to refund including return shipping, which is our standard policy. |

| Comments: This is my first experience with Auction Arms and I am extremely unimpressed. RCM is a very curt and discourteous seller. I was the high bidder on a reserve auction where the reserve was not met. I sent an Email to RCM asking what his best price would be and he never even answered my email. Very rude. I sent him a second email requesting some acknowledgement of my first request. He was rude and short. I wouldn't buy a weapon from this seller under any conditions. He appears motivated by the sale only and is not concerned regarding goodwill with customers and civil behavior. I am an active duty military officer with over 22 years of service, I don't have time in my life to deal with less than honorable people particularly in business situations where I cannot meet with them face to face. I've read his feedback and I don't care if he sells a large number of guns, he won't be selling one to me. |

| Comments: BUYERS BEWARE ! "RCM" (Rock Candy Mountain) of Harrison, Arkansas [a.k.a. robinsguns@aol.com] does NOT comply with federal laws on firearm shipments. UPS'ed an O/U rifle/shotgun to me in the factory box (Savage Arms), with no attempt to remove/block out the LARGE print identifying the contents as firearm (as is required by law). Also, Robin has arbitrarily refused to provide ANY of the required paperwork; no copy of FFL, no Sales Receipt; no nothing!!! Shipping label had an FFL number, but it expired in 1996. I emailed several requests for the paperwork, but those requests were summarily ignored. If you or your dealer expect to receive the documentation required for the FFL Bound Volume (A/D Book), you should probably consider shopping elsewhere. |

| Comments: Only received 1 reply to 4 e-mails after I was the winning bidder for a $247.50 scope. This single reply stated "sorry, we do not have this item available due to an inventory error". When I asked for any possible substitutes or solutions I received no reply. I stopped bidding on other scopes when I thought I had just bought one. I do not reccommend this person. |
