| Comments: Stated in my feedback seller says was a chip in the BBL that he wasn't aware of, but in letters to myself and the V.P.of Auction Arms, he clearly stated that he knew about the chip and that it was supposed to be for venting during firing of a black powder cartridge. BUYER BEWARE!! |

| Rebuttal: I did email about auction on 12/5/99 and got no response, again on 12/9/99 no response again, last on 1217/99, still no response, A/A also contacted Ear-Doc on 12/5/ 99, this man not a true buyer. |
