| Comments: Promag clips with no metal liner(NDF) are dangerous. Contacted PM, was told couldn't exchange, they don't make Glock clips since 1999. Ignored some emails, said talk with Promag about problems. Don't buy this clips!! |

| Comments: Seller did not furnish phone number. After five days I gave up per Auction Arms published bid guidelines that a bidder is not obligated to purchase if seller will not furnish phone number. I did not want to send money order to a seller that would not furnish phone number to buyer. |

| Rebuttal: Glock'm never even asked for my phone number, we emailed a number of times and he never mentioned not wanting to send payment without having my phone number. |

| Comments: The clip for my Glock does not work. It will not feed a new round. I have contacted him several times to EXCHANGE the clip, not to try and get my money back and he does not even return my emails! The clips are cheap plastic, do not buy anything from him till we see how he resolves this issue. |
