| Comments: After a month, I did finally receive the gun and it was as described. However, the transaction was full of problems. The seller gave a payment address that had delivery problems. I had to send payment 3 times before he finally received it. Cost me additional $32 in postage and stop payment fees. |

| Comments: The 2 magazines I purchased for this S&W 910 would not stay. If I held backpressure on the plastic mag latch, then the weapon would work the trigger. The seller offered to refund my purchase price, but I would still be out freight to and from the seller, plus the FFL $. Repl parts = the $ to return. |

| Rebuttal: Fusses about the shipping cost after the auction is over. Why do you think I put to send zip code for a shipping quote. I do not set the shipping fees just have to charge what UPS does! You need to learn the ropes instead of crying after the fact. |
