| Comments: seller will not ship items to address asked for a address in another state and then have them ship to me items are legal for me to own if seller wants to restrict sales he should list it in auction seller was given where to refference the law in my state his refusal to educate him self is no excuse |

| Comments: #7234598,seller described NIW(new in wrap).I emailed seller and confirmed it and got pic.I got a used mag from him that had finish wear & dents.I emailed him back w/ pics of it.He said was new and he only offers refund on functional problems with it. I asked for compensation since used,he won't. |

| Rebuttal: The mag in question is pre-ban, over 12 years old. It was in it's original wrapper and advertised as having some minor storage marks. The buyer knew this when he bid. |
