| Comments: Buyer E-Mailed after auction closed and said that he did not have the money to pay and wanted the item relisted. Buyer later E-Mailed and said he wanted the gun. Item shipped. Buyer then E-Mailed and said he was returning the item because it did not look as good as it did in the pictures. |

| Rebuttal: I had an unexpected expedeture arise. I apologized and politly explained. As it turned out,I had the cash after all. The pistol was not as discribed and I returned it as per the 3 day inspection privilage. Mr Abie obviously doesn't want to honor this privilage. Negative feedback is proof of this! |
