| Comments: David left negative feedback for me after he received exactly what he bid on in brand new condition. He knew I would be away for the holidays. He got a great deal on an expensive scope. I'm upset w/ his comments, but he sent m.o. right out, so neutral. |

| Rebuttal: You stated you would mail before leaving, you were back around 13 days before shipping. Paid what scope was worth, It sold org. for what I paided. I am a FAST payer. Do not sell to me If you can not ship in a resonable amount of time |
