| Comments: Nov. 29 auction closed $745. Dec. 15 email saying buyer wasn't going to pay 'cause car broke down, buyer offered to pay my loses if I didn't post Neg. feedback, I cut him some slack & agreed. Now Dec. 30 I haven't received any payment. Sarub this time you were a deadbeat bidder! |

| Rebuttal: My record speaks for itself. I have a legitimate reason that I needed to back out of a purchase and this is what happens. Look at how long I have been doing this, there is no raeson to worry about anything. |
