| Comments: customer didnt read the description, didnt ask any question, didnt request a refund just gave nasty threatening email trying absolve himself from his mistake. this buyer clearly thinks he is above the rules. |

| Rebuttal: Actually read the description but understood it to match the photo. Purpose of photos is to see what you're buying. Problem: posted photo wasn't what he was selling. |
