| Rebuttal: We are a pawn shop. Our shop policy is to try and get the original owner of the firearms their property back if they lose them in pawn. We cant take off line when bid on. We told GodFather this and offered a deep discount on different gun in future, he agreed we gave a positive. Very confused. |

| Comments: Rear sight mount was ground off, No mention in auction. <40% bluing left on receiver, pictures were taken in a way that didn't show true condition. Lost over $70 returning this beat up, filthy dirty gun. Final insult: "we can't refund until accountant confirms payment". Obviously I paid. |

| Rebuttal: 1. The firearm was listed as fair. 2. Pictures of firearm show area of customers concern so there was no misrepresentation. 3. When attempting to give refund customer informed us he had destroyed the card due to fraudulent charges, and wanted it sent to a different CC. RED FLAG!!!! Sent USPS MO |

| Rebuttal: 1. Posting a negative is the only way to get listing fees back take up your problems with Gun Auction. 2. You seem to have a problem with clicking on items you don't really want to buy. 3 Negatives as a buyer is not a good look. |

| Comments: Was high bidder with 3 bid and no reserve. And won the auction he came and said that the owner pulled the gun because it didn't bring what he thought it should and he was just the seller?? be careful using this guy!! |

| Rebuttal: When are a pawn shop. We told you we pawned this rifle for an older gentleman who unfortunately could not make it in to renew his loan. It went online, got bid on and the gentleman begged us to allow him to get it back. We made a softhearted decision! We don't cheat people! We don't lie! |

| Comments: Gun as described. Shipping was fast. BUT I was charged Oklahoma sales tax with no notification in ad. I live in Georgia. Before you pay by credit card you best ask for total price. |

| Rebuttal: For vendors who sell more than 10k a year in the state of OK you are required to collect sales tax. If you did not feel comfortable with our state laws we would have gladly issued a refund in full. You did not request a return and said you enjoyed the fast shipping and the price. Very confused. |

| Comments: I have been buying from this auction for over a year and never treated as bad as this company. They act as if it is some great mystic secrete to buying guns. The guy I spoke with was intentionally talking down to me in some strange power struggle, that should not have been a problem. Don't use them! |

| Rebuttal: Customer would not pay for item with his own CC info. Wanted to pay with wife or girlfriend's CC. Didn't even offer to send MO in his name. Both parties canceled sale. |
