| Comments: Apparently “working order” means something different in Oklahoma. Yes, seller offered refund for purchase price but not for shipping. Not worth wasting more money for a broken gun advertised by seller as “appears in working order.” Second gun bought from seller but it’s my last. Lesson learned. |

| Rebuttal: We have no range to test weapons. The listing was as is.The listing was a penny auction. The weapon appeared to function. Offered refund of sale price. Customer decided to not send back unless we paid for shipping. |
