| Comments: DOF stated didn't know Fox, so gave me a neutral feedback when I returned it. Reason for return had nothing to do with knowledge of a particular firearm. Barrels exterior showed numerous pen tip size pits (more than 20) from accelerated rusting and there was looseness between the stock and receiver |

| Comments: I would never do business with someone who feels he needs to hold a USPS Money Order for 7-10 days,checks I can understand and his ad said he holds all forms of checks.Could have cashed at post office!Not a customer oriented business.Will not do business again.Have no problem with the firearm. |

| Rebuttal: WE EXPLAINED OVER THE PHONE PRIOR TO SENDING FIREARMS THAT WE HOLD ALL FORMS OF CHECKS DUE TOO COUNTER FITTING/FRAUDULENT ECT.WE NOTED IT ON THE AUCTION AND HE STILL PROCEEDED, HE COULD OF DONE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT HE CHOSE THIS,WERE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES BUT ITS OUR STORE POLICY. |
