| Comments: After winning auction utahred told me it was a 16 gauge instead of a 20 gauge I won, tried to reconcile He relisted and sold the gun. Left me neutral feedback to get back his 10 bucks if he needed it that bad I would have given it to him instead of him blemishing my record with his mistake. Beware! |

| Comments: Listed bluing 100%, I can't argue with that one the bluing was in excellent shape. Listed stock at 98%, there are far too many scratches, dings and marks for it to ever rate 98%. I would say 85-90%. The rest of the gun was nice but I have to say that I was somewhat disapointed. |

| Comments: Received the item and felt it was not up to the standard advertised, however it was nice but not minty, e-mailed the seller and told him my thoughts. I did not return the item just wanted his comments, I have not had a response therefore I am posting this feedback. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was shipped taken down (one screw) to avoid shipping damage. If condition wasn't satisfactory, please let me know and will refund including shipping both ways as always. I try to be as fair to my customers as possible, ALMOST ALL are return customers. However, I have little patience with fools.. |

| Comments: Gun was listed as 100% and unfired. The receiver bluing was "frosted" almost like a rough matte finish. It would have been better if this condition had been stated. Not really a 100% gun with the defective bluing on receiver. Buyer beware I guess. |

| Rebuttal: The bluing was perfect and just the way it was shipped from the factory. This is the first I've heard from NRA 1438, if he was not satisfied why not send it back for a full refund including shipping? Watch out for this guy, he's new and his record is not that good. |

| Comments: My dealer recieved gun while I was out of town on business with no way to contact me. Gun arrived pretty much as represented except it had no magazine spring retainer. Gun was also packaged very sloppily for shipment. My bad luck I was out of town as I would probably have sent it back. |

| Rebuttal: This guy won the auction on Sept. 26, waits 'till now (Dec. 02) to leave this feedback. Never contacted me, if he had, I would gladly refunded his money and paid shipping both ways. Everybody else compliments my quick shipping and packaging, I guess I just picked this guy to pick on! Get a life! |
