| Comments: contacted me via email saying to look for the money order & never received it. After being charged by AuctionArms I emailed them saying I never received payment. They tried to contact this guy & after a few days told me I could relist & to leave bad feedback. has a history of this. |

| Comments: Auction closed July 23rd. Sent reminder email Aug 3rd. Customer replied Aug 4th-said sent payment-never received. Cld customer Aug 16th (# out of service) and sent email-no reply. Sent reminder email Aug 23rd & called customer with new # found on AA, left msg. Still no reply. Have to relist. |

| Comments: Does not my emails, said money was lost in the mail, but has not answered my request for an update after many requests. I prefer not to submit negetive feedback, usually I will just let it ride and eat the AA fee but when you woun't answer at all, and you were warned so be it. |

| Rebuttal: The usps has initiated an investigation into the money order sent. However in the mean time my only recourse is to lay out the money for an additional m/o. I can't afford that at this time, and the seller was advised of the situation. |
