| Comments: contacted me after auction to tell me gun was some how damaged and magazine would have to be replaced. wasn't interested after that. |

| Rebuttal: The gun was fine but the mag had been modified to allow for 10 rnds only. When checking the rifle for shipping a crack where the modification had been made was found and snapped when placed back in the rifle. Buyer was notified and wanted an original clip and cancelled the order. |

| Comments: The item was under described as NRA fine. Private description from seller over rated substantialy. Gun has been used extensivly and is about fair to good condition blue book 550-600. |

| Rebuttal: When I talked to the buyer I told him I had a no questions asked return policy. The firearm can be returned and full reimbursement would be given or other arrangements could be potentially arranged. I received no communications, other than this feedback, that he is apparently unhappy with the pistol |
