| Comments: I purchased what was listed as a 54 cal barrel but received a 50 cal barrel instead. She thought it was 54 based on an incorrect label provided by her father. I want to return it for a refund but she says it’s a scam and refuses to respond to my messages. Looks like her mistake is my loss. |

| Comments: It has taken 2 months to receive the lock that I bought. Emailed several times with no reply, phoned and received no answer. Only after Auction Arms stepped in, did I receive an email stating that they thought they had shipped the lock, but hadn't, will not buy from them again. |
