| Comments: DEADBEAT BIDDER-Wouldn't pay for auction because I had an identical item listed on another site. Before he bid I sent pictures of both NIB Rem 700's with their serial numbers to him. Threatens me with negative feedback and BATF audit if I won't sell both at a lower price than auction. |

| Rebuttal: this seller had this same gun up for auction on gunbroker. i have saved all paper work. if anyone wants to see this please e-mail me and i will provide it. i also contacted the leadership at auctions arms. they e-mailed him and made him take rifle off other auction. had bad feedback in the past |
