| Rebuttal: E mailed this guy day of shipping and 3 more times during shipment.as stated in auction I had never fired gun but had given it a good cleaning before putting it up for auction this buyer is a whiner and a liar and his bids will not be accepted on my auctions.He needs to buy his stuff from walmart |

| Comments: Auction ended 1/31. 2/14 called on phone he got check back. Told to send registered. 2/28 left message no reply. Called on cell phone,said my name he hung up. Called back, left message had til 3/7 for payment or leave neg feedback. Bidding on another auction of mine to. Seller Beware, dead beat. |

| Rebuttal: Sent MO 2 times , both times returned,did not send certified mail because didn't see need for extra expense,even called and confirmed address on phone.I am not a dead beat just figured he changed his mind. Veiw my other feedback and let it speak for itself |
