| Comments: Poor communication; wouldn't reply to repeated inquiries during/after auction. Gun was not described accurately; had been refinished, aftermarket grips, etc; but this was never disclosed. Probably deserves negative feedback, but was willing to take gun back. |

| Rebuttal: Offered to take pistol back if unhappy. Many people may be unaware;but CYQ P-38 exhibit a low quality finish when compared to other WW2 P-38 pistols,with uneveness which often make it appear to be refinished. Gun had no import marks,was a bring back. |
