| Rebuttal: I did receive an email about the packaging problem and promptly fixed it. Check my positive feedback. Bidder could have sent rifle back for refund, but never mentioned it. |

| Comments: Listed gun as good, with stock finish peeling & free of dents. Failed to mention 1 3/4 inch crack & ½” cut buttstock & gun barrel rusted. Gun packaged by taping two pieces of "flat" cardboard together. Gun sticking out of box at pick-up. Neutral because should always ask of cut or cracks & I didnt. |

| Rebuttal: Bidder never emailed me about the cut off stock. I had no idea it was cut and would have made it good. I just plain missed the crack, because I don't remember it. The shipping issue has been fixed. |
