| Rebuttal: Most definitely not a deadbeat bidder sir. It is the responsibility of the seller to know what he is selling. You advertised the weapon as a tip up 380 when in fact it was not. It was a tcp 380. I hate a liar. |

| Comments: I would recommend watching this seller very closely and not do business with him, as he put the same gun in two separate auctions first one showed closed on site for 140.01 and the second one was mine. HE CALLED ME FRAUD he is just mad that I caught the fraud actions. See my history good business. |

| Rebuttal: Her first bid on this auction was at 171.56, so where she is getting 140.01 from I do not know. Please look at the bid history on this auction to see. Nothing fraudulent about this auction. Customer never responded to email or phone calls. Auction was reposted and she is currently bidding on it. |

| Comments: This guy is a real loose, he sold me a shotgun that don't work,and mailed it thur the USPS with 4 shells in the magazine,and wouldn't do anything about the broken gun.I will never bid on one of his items again,one bad deal is all I want. |

| Rebuttal: The gun was shipped via USPS, and broken down with the barrel detached from the weapon. With USPS x-ray gun would have not shipped if loaded. Gun arrived on Saturday, cust wasnt notified of arrival until Thursday and didnt pick up until the following Saturday. We do have a 3 day inspection period. |
