| Comments: Nightmare seller. Didn't receive gun; he claimed FedX lost it but wouldn't provide trckng #. When I reported the "lost" gun to ATF, he claimed FedX suddenly found it-what a miracle. Since 5/2 Seller has told me three times he mailed my refund, yet to receive it. Heed his feedback; avoid like plague. |

| Comments: Won 12-23-04 sent M.O & c&r 12-29-04. received rifle on 3-7-05. Rifle/bayonet packed loosely. New scratches and dings, bolt hanging out of the box! Last item received from these guys had the barrel hanging out the box and took 2 months to get as well. SLOW-POOR SERVICE!!!! |

| Rebuttal: I don't know when he sent the payment, but it didn't arrive until Mid- FEB. As for the barrel sticking out of the box or the box being damaged, that is not our fault. FED EX is responsible for any damages done to the boxes. |

| Comments: This seller is slow and slower.I have no problem with his 15 day wait but he fails to tell you he closes for two weeks at Christmas. Never mind trying to get anything on time. It is 1/8/05 and I mailed payment on 11/27/04. Waiting for refund. Misleading and slow. Will not deal with again. |

| Rebuttal: He sent a personal check which arrived in the first week of December, our auctions clearly states that all personal checks are held up to 3 weeks, he wanted the product before X-mas, this was not possible, so we offered him a refund as soon as the check cleared. He should have sent certified funds. |

| Comments: Do not buy from this guy I cannot stress that enough.He sat on my ffl and money for three weeks,told me twice that he sent the gun but didnt.And to top it off he sent the wrong gun.Buyers beware this guy does not care about anything ,so give your money to someone else. |

| Rebuttal: The only thing true in this statement is that the wrong gun was sent at first, this is what delayed everything, we fixed the problem and apologized. These things happen sometimes. Other than that, we shipped hen the FFL arrived. |

| Comments: Absolutely the slowest seller in all of creation. I won the bid on 5/31, had the FFL sent on 6/3, sent the M.O. as payment on 6/5, and didn't receive the shotgun until 7/22. The merchandise was as advertised, but the transaction was EXTREMELY slow. |

| Rebuttal: That is not true, he received an arsenal refinished pistol with matching numbers. It was in excellent condition as described. He didn't complain to us about the pistol and he had 3 days to return it if not happpy. He never did. |

| Comments: Not enough O's in slooooooow. The auction ended July 12th, I sent Paypal payment on July 15th and FFL on the 19th. After many lip-service e-mails, I finally got the part on AUGUST 15th. Nice item but this is not the guy to go to if you are in a hurry to rebuild a gun for a customer. |

| Rebuttal: This customer has confused me with another seller, first, he did not pay via Paypal, he sent his credit card info with the FFL which arrived about 2 weeks after auction close. He never called us, and his item was shipped well over a month ago, he received it, and thanked us via email. |
