| Rebuttal: Just wanted to thank the seller for being understanding on this matter. I made a mistake when I bid on this item, and he could have posted negative feedback. But, he didn't. Thanks again. |

| Comments: This buyer said the stock was cracked. I did not see it cracked when I mailed it. I offered to refund his money and the first shipping charge. He wanted 20.00 off the deal. I told him I would give him 10.00. He only paid 68.00 for the gun. Can't make them all happy! |

| Rebuttal: Sellers have an obligation to disclose problems with a gun. A stock that is cracked completely through the grip area is a problem! Since you failed to disclose the problem, you should have offered to take the gun back and reimburse all expenses. I wouldn't have bid on a gun with a cracked stock. |

| Comments: Prompt shipment and packed very well. Stock and forearm were as described. The receiver was described as "there are some spots on the receiver that look like there may have been some pitting". The receiver definately has deep pitting and the magazine tube also has pitting. |
