| Comments: I contacted the winner of this item on 6-4-01 and several times afterwards. He never responded. I think one month is more than enough time for him to get back to me at least to say he no longer wanted the item. I relisted the item. |

| Rebuttal: Sit I appologize, I never recv notice of the auction nor an email from you. I was in the middle of changing email address around the time, this may account for it. I assumed I just lost the auction. Again my appologies. |
