| Comments: This is a man that feels rules apply to all but him. Because I missed a 3 1/2mm long, shallow dent 2" from the muzzel, I said if returned promptly, I would accept it back, this 10 days past the inspection period. It showed up 2 weeks later. He claims ignorance of rules. I missed 2 possible sales. |

| Rebuttal: Seller and I disagreed on condition of bbls and he admitted that the description in the auction was incorrect. Not being a seller/shipper, it took some time to package and ship the gun back. I agreed to reimburse shipping and AA fees for good faith but seller also deducted a "restocking fee"???? |
