| Comments: Winner notified numerous times and given all information needed to complete the transaction. Late payment letter was also sent 10 days after auction close, and buyer again said he would make payment at that time. After 26 days-I am tired of waiting. !!DEAL WITH AT YOUR OWN RISK!! |

| Rebuttal: I recall that I requested an address to send payment to repeatedly and your emails were not forthcoming. After I hadn't heard from you in forever, I put it out of my mind. Good commo would have prevented this in the first place. |
