| Rebuttal: I submitted the bid in ignorance of my State laws. I am sorry for any inconvience that I cause this seller. I enjoyed speaking to him over the phone and learning some of the basic rules from him. It was my first day on line with this type of service. I wont let it happen again. good luck jlspeedway |
