| Comments: Listed item but now says he doesnt have it,should have read feedback, others feel the same about this yoyo. | Comments: Seller described item as a Pocket Watch with pearl face but watch was a 1/2 size ladies watch with metal face.Asked for a refund and buyer stated he did not force me to buy watch.DECEITFUL DISCRIPTION--BUYER BEWARE. |

| Rebuttal: Look at the photos; I tried to get the best photos I could. I did not know the origins of this item. I state; Please ask all questions. Ask me something, I will get an answer. He made it sound like I mess-lead him in the ad. I did not get ONE EMIL from this man before the Auction. |

| Comments: I sent three e-mails to this man to confirm my bid which met his reserve. I was the only bidder. Finally he contacted me with a lame excuse that the gun was broken, but that he would help me find another. I will not deal with this man again. |

| Rebuttal: The gun was broken. In the packing the stock was broken (bad). There is NO way this man would have taken this gun. I even took the gun off the early. But he had already bid on the gun. When I told him what happened, he called me a lire. I’m sorry it did not work out. |
