| Comments: Totally inadequate shipping. I have NEVER received a gun, TOTALLY UNWRAPPED, bouncing around in a box, and paid $30 for it, with the muzzle poking out 6 inches of the end of the box when it arrived. We had even discussed the importance of proper shipping BEFORE he shipped the gun. Unbelievable. |

| Rebuttal: 1. The rifle was undamgaed 2. I addressed the problem with Kevin Huff. 3. There was no response from him other than posting negative feedback. 4.
