| Comments: Gun was broken would not work contacted seller told him part to fix would be 24.99 response was that he reviewed his ad and it never mentioned the gun was in working order so if he didnt imply that it worked, then he was not willing to help fix it. His ad should have said its broke. |

| Rebuttal: The gun wasn't "broke", it was in extremely nice condition and apparently needed seals. A CO2 airgun 37 years old and it needed resealing, go figure. I did not refuse to help fix it, I refused to pay him for a reseal kit. I offered to reseal it for him, or give him a full refund. |
