| Comments: i just recieved notice of my bad check a phone call would have been nice since the money was in my account but the check i depoisted had a 10 day hold put on it resulting in the returned check a phone call would have cleared everthing up i would have used a credit card, so quick to judge |

| Comments: Advertised "gun" needing a cylinder - only salvage. Barrel bulged too badly. Description otherwise honest. Sale would have been fine and positive feedback if "salvage" understood from the start. Repair was not possible as implied. Really was beautiful once. |

| Comments: I got the shotgun for a good price, all the arrangements went smoothly, and and I would do business with s.luke again, BUT . . . the shotgun was advertised as being in Excellent condition. It's not. The lifter spring is missing, meaning the gun won't cycle or feed properly. It's an easy repair, but having a major part missing should be pretty obvious. Somebody needs to take a little more care with the descriptions. |

| Rebuttal: The three day right of refusal exists, mr. Apol was offered a refund and he declined saying the price (about $100) was a deal, whats the problem? I will gladly refund his money even though the 3 days is long past. |
