| Comments: I feel badly about leaving negative feedback for a man that is having some medical problems but after over 30 days and i have not received this item it has become necessary to warn others of this problem. Perhaps after his problems are resolved this can be rescinded. |

| Comments: Chuck took payment and has not shipped the gun. Repeated efforts to contact him resulted in one phone contact and one email contact. He said he would ship the gun but never has. Subsequent contact efforts have been unsuccessful. I assume he intends to keep the money AND the gun. |

| Comments: Auction ended 36 days ago. I got no response to my first e-mail. More e-mails. Said he was in the hospital "but now the payment is on the way". No payment. Intermittant response to e-mails. Insisted payment was sent but no payment arrived. How long must I let this continue?? Sorry for the negative! |

THANX, CHUCK" no auction name even, and the subject was "proving". As poor an example of a seller communicating as I have ever encountered. |

| Comments: Rifle condition less than discribed. Not returned because I'm just fed up dealing with seller. Just look at his feedback as a buyer and a seller, to get the full picture.
