| Rebuttal: I Sent Money Order & FFL 10 days after close of auction. Seller said he never received, but would keep looking for it. I emailed seller again to see if he received, with no response. I am sending another FFL & Money Order for auction. I think Seller jumped the gun on the negative feedback. |

| Comments: After making a $5,000 bid on a pair of Colt Single actions. This guy turned into the worst kind of DEAD-BEAT Bidder. He asked for additional time I gave him that. He asked if he could pay with lay away I granted that. He could not even come up with $500 to pay as a deposit in a month. BANNED BIDDER. |

| Rebuttal: I bid for a buddy of mine, I'm not a dealer, my buddy calls me prior to auction close and backs out. I e-mailed seller of my situation, and received no response until auction close, at that time he began with all his negative feedback and banned bidder threats. Please read all of my other feedback. |
