| Comments: Called Sovereign Guns after winning an auction and was told they no longer use Gun Auctions ,Only Gun Broker. I had to settle for a substitute .Further more I was told to call first if I saw any other auctions for them.. |

| Comments: Won a bid on an auction of items they didn't have in stock. Instead of making sure they had the items, I was charged then refunded without notice of the stocking issue. Do not waste your time buying from them. |

| Comments: tried to contact seller by email twice, by phone twice and had gun broker contact them to send me a invoice on my items and to where to send payment. No word from these company for over 2 weeks. bought from some one else and now I have what I wanted, still no word from them. |

| Comments: Decent shipping time but be ready for some head-ache... This company doesn't answer their phone, or return calls. They prefer money order payment, if credit is you only way then expect some feet dragging, gun auction support made these people finally contact me. E-mail immediately after you win! |

| Comments: The ad was for a Pap M92 hand guard and grip and they only shipped the grip and ignored my emails. I’ve tried calling them numerous times with no answer and tried emailing them with no reply! Not happy and would not recommend! Buyers be aware! |

| Rebuttal: We are answering phones and emails as well as we can. The sales volume has gone through the roof but we have added two more phone lines and hired more staff. We sent you an invoice email. If you had mailed us a payment you would have received the item. As it is you are a non paying bidder. |
