| Comments: Not happy with this Seller, selling a firearm out from under me in his store before the auction closed. It's my understanding once a firearm is listed it can not be removed from auction until auction is complete. Well this auction completed and I was the winner, very disappointed in this Seller! |

| Rebuttal: With "basic" auctions, I cannot remove the item from auction. I have a brick and mortar store where I also hold the items, a customer came in three days before auction close and purchased it. Not really too much I can do about that but notify the eventual winner that the item is no longer there. |
