| Comments: Let the buyer beware. Pistol's description stated "NIB". Visible wear on its frame, trigger pin, barrel, slide, & magazines clearly showed it was not NIB. Even tho I said that I was going to keep the gun, when questioned, seller got downright nasty. Would gladly share e-mail exchanges to document. |

| Rebuttal: The pistol was new as described and pictured in the listing. He was very difficult to deal with in emails. He wanted an extra magazine which was not part of the sale. I would be very cautious dealing with him as he does not know what he wants and is not satisfied when he receives it. |

| Comments: This guy is a problem child, he got the gun as he stated in his email and stripped it down to use it for parts, did not give US the opportunity to fix it, he is banned from bidding on our stuff, SELLERS BEWARE Problem child, JUMPED to conclusion way TOO fast. |
