| Comments: Rifle was listed as new but it was clearly used! It had scratches on the stock and the barrel. Seller refused to make it right, would not honor the inspection period. This person should not be allowed to sell on any auction . I will not use AuctionArms again because of this seller. Dishonest! |

| Rebuttal: gun was new as received from distributor customer was advised to return gun to manufactor the buyer suggested he would keep the gun if he received a 50 percent discount |
